HOW WE WORK
Each package is individually priced as per your needs but can include:
- COUPLE CONSULTATION – We get to know you and discuss your ideas and vision for your wedding.
- VENUE FINDING – We can assist in finding your dream ceremony and reception location by shortlisting suitable venues and attending site visits where we can provide insightful advice on the venue.
- DESIGN CONCEPT – Once you have shared your vision, we create a visual mood board to share our ideas with you in a way that captures all elements of your styling. The mood board is inclusive of flowers, tablescapes, linen, accessories, lighting, furnishings and stationery etc
- ITEMISED STYLING PROPOSAL – We provide an itemised quotation listing all styling elements
- BUDGET MANAGEMENT – Preparation and management of a full wedding budget tailored to your needs, including advice on how to maximise your budget.
- SUPPLIER COORDINATION AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATION – We interview and contract talented suppliers who specialise in the catering, photography, videography and entertainment, as well as floral design, lighting, furniture and décor hire required to bring your design from concept to reality. We attend appointments and liaise with suppliers throughout the planning process on your behalf to save you time.
- VENUE LIASON – Liaising with the venue on your behalf to finalise all details.
- RUNSHEET DEVELOPMENT – Development and distribution of a comprehensive runsheet of your day.
- COMMUNICATION – Unlimited email communication so we can assist you with all your planning and styling questions.
- ON-THE-DAY CO-ORDINATION –
- Coordination of vendor arrivals and deliveries as well as the set up on your wedding.
- Attendance, supervision and coordination of your entire wedding day, with our wedding coordinator present for up to 15 hours.
- Greeting and ushering of guests.
- Attending to the Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and close family as required.
- Discreetly handling of unexpected eventualities.
